Located in Sabbath Hill, home to some of the most spectacular views on Tortola, taking in the outer islands from Guana to Salt and as far out as Anegada on a clear day.  Sabbath Hill is an easy 15 minute drive from the centre of Road Town and only 20 minutes drive to Trellis Bay, to access the ferry service to Virgin Gorda and Scrub Island & Marina Cay.

This standalone house has a traditional layout with everything under one roof, so would be suitable for a family, a professional couple or even friends who wish to share.  Gated drive way leads to the front door which opens into a large and well planned living space.  The kitchen is large and modern and opens via a bar  into a dining area with table that easily seats 6.  A few steps lead down to the very comfortable living room.  There is a separate laundry room and a guest bathroom off this living space.  A short corridor leads to bedrooms 2 and 3, both of which are ensuite  with good wardrobe space.  Bedroom 3 faces onto the driveway.  Bedroom 2 is to the rear and has a balcony taking in the view.  Living room also has a balcony. 

A grand staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom suite and it really is a suite!  There is a separate office, which is large enough that it could be used as a 4^th bedroom if required.  Master bedroom with king bed and balcony is huge, with cathedral ceilings.  It includes an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub.  It also have a walk in wardrobe with plenty or space.

Gardens are landscaped, ac throughout, automatic generator.  There is a self contained 1 bedroom unit below the main house which is unfurnished.  The owner may consider renting this with the main house for an additional fee. It will not be rented separately.
