Practicing throughout the Caribbean, Smiths Gore is one of the few firms based in the region specialising in hotel and marina property. The firm is well established in hotel consultancy providing advice on acquisitions, feasibility studies, exit strategies and appraisals.
In association with HSBC, the firm has been involved in the privatisation of hotels for the Jamaican and Bahamian Governments. We have also acted on behalf of Forte in the sale of their hotel portfolio in Bermuda and Nassau, Bahamas.
